Silent Whistle

STATEMENT OF POLICY:

If an employee has a concern regarding perceived unethical activity while at work, the individual is encouraged to talk with a supervisor, administrator, or Human Resources. However, at times an employee may not feel comfortable voicing the issue directly. In such situation(s) an employee may access a third-party reporting system which provides anonymity to the caller.

The North American Division will not retaliate against an employee who in good faith has raised a complaint on the basis of a reasonable belief that the practice is in violation of acceptable ethical behavior, the law or a clear mandate of public policy.

The reports go to the Office of General Counsel for the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Thank you for helping us keep our churches safe.
